Malo je zanata koji se mogu steći za tako kratko vreme. Pica-majstor je univerzalno zanimanje, gde god u svetu da se nađete, možete da radite. U Srbiji je apsolutno deficitarno zanimanje, pogledajte oglase, u svakom trenutku se traži 8 – 10 pica-majstora. Ljudi svih starosnih doba mogu da rade ovaj posao, nije potrebna mladost. I žene i muškarci mogu da prave pice. Ovaj posao može da se radi i vikendom ili uveče kao dopunsko zanimanje. Postoji dosta pica-servisa u Beogradu sa kojima se može odmah dogovoriti za zaposlenje.”&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Šta je potrebno da bi se postalo pica majstor?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Prvenstveno je potrebno da osoba HOĆE da napravi picu. I čovek bez jedne ruke može da pravi picu, samo ako je zainteresovan. Imao sam jednog polaznika koji nije bio zainteresovan, ipak je posle mesec dana naučio i sada radi taj posao.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Koliko traje Vaša obuka?&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Moja obuka traje mesec dana radnim danom od ponedeljka do petka, po dva sata. Radim individualno sa svakim. Posle mesec dana obuke ako polaznik nije dovoljno naučio zanat, nastavlja obuku dok ne nauči dobro, bez doplate. Ja polaznicima objasnim sve što znam, bez tajni. Nudim kvalitetnu obuku, po međunarodnim normama. Obuka se sastoji iz više faza. Polaznik mora da nauči kako da umesi testo, da izbuliča, kako da razvije, kako da stavi na lopatu, da napakuje proizvode i na kraju kako da sve to ubaci u peć.&lt;br /&gt;Pravljenje piroške se takođe uči na obuci.”&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Koliko Vaša obuka pomaže u nalaženju posla?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Posle završene obuke dobija se diploma koja je u Srbiji priznata. Već sledeći dan se može naći posao. Diploma će vam sigurno olakšati zaposlenje. Zaradićete za prvih mesec dana najmanje onoliko koliko ste dali za obuku.”&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Danas je generalno teško naći posao, zašto je sa zanimanjem pizza majstora drugačije?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“U Srbiji je deficit pica - majstora. Mnogi su priučeni, nemaju dobru tehniku i recepturu. Ako pratite oglase, primetićete da je potražnja za pica majstorima stalna. U Beogradu su plate pica-majstora 24000 – 40000 dinara. Dobar pica-majstor može dobiti u Švajcarskoj platu 3000 franaka, u Nemačkoj slabiji pica-majstori dobijaju 1200, bolji oko 2000 evra. Ispod 10 evra nema pice u Nemačkoj, a 15 – 20 su kvalitetnije pice. Beogradske velike picerije ne mogu da nađu dobrog pica-majstora koji zna da peče na šamotu.”&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Šta mislite o konkurenciji?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Ne smatram druge picerije konkurencijom, baš naprotiv, namera mi je da sarađujem sa svim picerijama u Beogradu i da ugostitelji mogu od mene da traže preporuku za pica-majstora. Čest je slučaj da ljudi koji otvore piceriju ne poznaju dovoljno tehnologiju posla. Picerija u Srbiji je malo, i mogu da kažem da nisu dobrog kvaliteta. Nema dovoljno kvalifikovanih majstora. Mnogi su priučeni, nemaju dobru tehniku i recepturu. Možda će vlasnik ugostiteljskog objekta tražiti da pica-majstor pravi dodatno i špagete, i to mogu da vas naučim, mada to nije oblast moje stručnosti. Ako nema dovoljno posla za picu najčešće su zahtevi da se prave i sendviči, što je lako naučiti. Ko zna da napravi picu, znaće i sve ostalo, zato što je lakše. Often the people who open the pizza-services don't know the technology of the work enoug themselves.
